E-mail gets to us quickest. Buying something, asking a question, trading an instrument in – just write, and we'll come back to you as fast as we can, usually within 48 hours. There are no set phone hours, but you'll generally catch us Mon – Sat between 10 am and 5 pm. Leave a callback request by e-mail or on the voicemail and we'll ring you back.
