Giordano Tributo Custom '54 Black Beauty (2025)

We're an official dealer for the superb masterbuilt instruments from Giordano Guitars, handmade in Italy. MEISTER EDE bought his first Giordano in 2023 and has been taken with the craftsmanship of this rising builder ever since. Nicholas Giordano builds these on his own, and it isn't only his know-how in guitar building and vintage detail that goes into them — he's a very good player himself, which means his instruments hold up on sound and feel.

We're proud to present the Giordano Custom Guitars Tributo '54 in aged “Black Beauty” with Sunbear pickups. It's a design you don't get tired of looking at, and the ageing stands out immediately — you rarely see work this authentic and charming.

If you can drag your eyes off the looks and onto the tone, what strikes you is how resonant and balanced this 3.88 kg lightweight is. For a custom build that's a hard weight to beat. The neck has a perfect medium C running into a D and plays like butter.

To get the character of this “Black Beauty” to the amp, Nicholas works closely with Sunbear on the pickups. They give dynamic, characterful sounds with plenty of twang and P-90 growl. This isn't about fat, creamy Les Paul tones so much as woody, twangy P-90 voices with lots of sustain — perfect for smacky blues at the neck and driving rock riffs at the bridge.
