Giordano Tributo Jr. Special P90s — Aged TV Yellow (2025)

A MEISTER EDE custom order.

We're an official dealer for the superb masterbuilt instruments from Giordano Guitars, handmade in Italy.

MEISTER EDE bought his first Giordano in 2023 and has been taken with the craftsmanship of this rising builder ever since. In 2024 we agreed terms and specified the first examples for Meister Ede Guitars.

Nicholas Giordano builds these on his own, and it isn't only his know-how in guitar building and vintage detail that goes into them — he's a very good player himself, which means his instruments hold up on sound and feel, and work properly for the hard-working musician out on tour.

Ede took delivery of his Semi Tributo custom order in early 2025, and it's remarkable how much passion you can feel in every single instrument. Nicholas started out building alarmingly good replicas before refining a shape language of his own into a superb range of models.

So here it is — the Giordano Custom Guitars Tributo Jr. Special P90s in Aged TV Yellow. A design you don't get tired of looking at, with something new to see from every angle.

The ageing stands out immediately — you rarely see work this authentic and charming. The colour suits it perfectly, and mixing a faded TV Yellow that catches the vintage feel this well is not a simple matter. Here too, Giordano shows himself to be a man of taste.

If you can drag your eyes off the looks and onto the tone, what strikes you is how lively and resonant this 3.36 kg lightweight is. Selected timber and the best hardware, all of it matched up properly. The neck has a perfect medium C running into a D and plays like butter.

To get the resonance of that timber to the amp, Nicholas works closely with Sunbear on the pickups. The response is immediate, with the twang and growl P-90s are known for. Clean or driven, it's an inspiring instrument in every respect.

The fretwork and setup make it a genuine pleasure to play. Masterbuilt work at its best.

Consider what a guitar like this would cost from one of the big names and this counts as a bargain. It's worth every penny. This is masterbuilt artistry, with every component brought together knowledgeably and with an eye for detail.

Please note: another Tributo arrives in April or May. Drop us a line and we'll happily look at what's still available and whether the colour and other details can be adapted to your taste.
