Novo's take on the Tele, at masterbuilt level and at a price that makes sense.
We're delighted to be able to show you this rather spectacular Serus T. It was built in the Nashville custom shop specifically for the Poland Guitar Fest 2026 and served as the display instrument there, representing Novo in front of a demanding trade audience. Show guitars are a maker's calling card, and when a company like Novo builds something meant to set the tone for an entire festival, nothing in the shop gets rushed. What you get is a guitar built with an extra helping of attention.
It pairs the immortal vintage look of Olympic White with honest “light distress” ageing: lovely fine checking in the wafer-thin nitro and carefully judged wear that makes it feel like picking up a well-played old favourite. On the dark rosewood board, those distinctive MOTO dot inlays do the rest. To make it that bit more individual, we had a smart tortoise pickguard made to measure for it. The original three-ply parchment guard comes with it in the Novo Deluxe padded soft case, so you can decide which look you prefer. At 3.28 kg it's nicely resonant and hangs perfectly on a strap.
Novo fitted this one with 4-way switching from the factory, which widens the range considerably: the powerful bridge pickup and the warm neck can be put to work in far more combinations. With the compound radius (9.5"–14"), the medium C profile (.830") and 22 perfectly rolled Jescar frets, it plays beautifully.
