New: Novo Serus J Dealer Ltd. 2026, finish over finish – Olympic White over CAR, Fralin P90s, 9.5"–14", 3.22 kg and plenty more.
We're an official dealer for Novo Guitars of Nashville.
A Novo Serus J Dealer Ltd. Edition "disguised" as a custom order
What really sets the Dealer Limited Editions apart is the gorgeous colour-over-colour finish. The 2025 limited run, long since sold out, included this great combination of Olympic White over Candy Apple Red. We ordered exactly that model, but it wasn't finished until this year – so it's officially a "Custom" Serus J, which makes it even more exclusive. Our customers still get the full price advantage!
The Olympic White over Candy Apple Red finish in "Medium Distress" relic shows perfectly aged nitro, with the punchy CAR peeking through in subtle places.
Sound-wise, this Serus J brings a fascinating mix of vintage vibe and modern assertiveness. The tempered pine body (heat-treated pine) makes it extremely quick to respond. There's a woody, percussive edge to the attack, much like a well-played-in old Strat or Tele, but it stays rounder and more transparent in the highs. The two Fralin P-90s work perfectly with the selected woods and are a touch meatier than the Dollars you can also get from Novo – ideal for driven sounds with push and bite. In the neck they give you a big, juicy tone with a bell-like top end. The bridge pickup delivers that classic snarly P-90 growl with forward upper mids, and it interacts beautifully with overdrive and fuzz pedals. The middle position serves up pearly sounds with plenty of twang, the same quick response and a woody core. And all at a very light 3.22 kg!
The tuning-stable Mastery M1 bridge & NV vibrato system, with its distinctive lightning bolt arm, handles silky Bigsby- or Jazzmaster-style moves – and it'll even do Floyd Rose-style dive bombs on top.

If you think about what the "big" companies give you in this price bracket, this Novo ought to cost a good deal more.
RRP: €5,190 – slightly reduced here because it was finished late.
